Responsibilities:
- Implementing and configuring Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.
- Sustaining and upgrading PACS software to guarantee optimal functionality, promptly addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues associated with PACS, conducting thorough analyses of network infrastructures, and collaborating with the vendors when required.
- Collaborating closely with end users and other healthcare professionals to comprehend their requirements and challenges.
- Executing day-to-day support tasks and conducting data backup operations to uphold the accuracy and dependability of data stored within the PACS.
- Overseeing installations and technical support for Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and PACS, managing the integration of HIS-RIS/PACS systems
Qualifications :
- 5 Years of Experience specifically in Hospital IT, RIS/PACS Support, Oracle database management and Oracle development.
- Experience in healthcare IT or medical imaging is highly valuable.
- In-depth knowledge of PACS technology, standards, and protocols.
- Proficiency in system integration, networking, and server administration.
- Experience with DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) and HL7 (Health Level Seven) standards.
Experience :
- Experience in leading or participating in PACS implementation projects.
